Summer Break

Summer Break is officially the largest student holiday / event in Europe with over 12,000 students coming together to celebrate the end of the exams and start their summer in style. Held in the surfing paradise of Newquay in June you will not be stuck for ways to spend your time. Situated on Summer Breaks own private and exclusive beach,  entertainment includes big name DJ’s, bands, club nights, a live beach stage and games and activities to satisfy the child we all harbour inside us! Winter Break

Winter Break is the most prestigious ski, board and music holiday on the student calendar. Held in the incredible French resort Les Arcs; Winter Break offers 7 days of unparelled skiing & boarding, coupled with world class music and entertainment from the likes of DJ Yoda, Pendulum, The Scratch Perverts, Jaguar Skills and Dirty Sanchez who have all treaded the alpine boards.

Beach Break Live

Voted ‘Number One Boutique Festival’ by the Sunday Times, Beach Break Live is the only solely student attended music festival in the Europe. With a line up that has included the likes of Dizzee Rascall, The Enemy, Lady Hawke and the Mystery Jets, Beach Break Live combines incredible music with the end of the academic year. Having now concreted its place on the festival calendar and with an increased capacity of 20,000 revellers Beach Break Live is continuing to go from strength to strength.

Beachbombing

Beachbombing is a week long party packed festival that includes daily gigs and exclusive parties in amazing locations. Snowbombings summer sister, Beachbombing brings together the best SB DJ’s and artists for a week long session every September. Previously held in Barcelona, Cornwall and Ibiza; Beachbombing is constantly pushing the boundaries, searching for the most beautiful spots to enjoy, so you don’t have to.

Snowbombing

Now in its 10th year, Snowbombing has established a strong and loyal following. Combining a winter sports holiday, and a week long music festival in the beautiful Austrian resort of Mayrhofen. Days are spent skiing and boarding while nights deliver a cutting edge and eclectic program of entertainment and music. SportsVest

SportsVest is a university sports tour held in Spain each March. The BUCS Surf Championships

The BUCS Surf Championship is the UK's biggest student surf event. It brings together students from all around the country for one weekend of surf competition and events. Outgoing now works in conjunction with BUSA to run the event marketing, promotion, operations and logistics. 2009 is the first year that all participants will be accommodated together in a Surfers Village and provided with a wrist band that covers entertainment, accommodation, discounted surf lessons, headline DJ sets, battle of the bands and club entry.
