Before Your Trip

Where possible we meet every group leader in person to gain a comprehensive understanding of what you & your group require and to tell you a little bit more about what we do in person.

Promotion of your Trip
The promotion of your trip is one of the most important aspects, and an area that Outgoing excels. We invest heavily in this area to ensure that your trip sells out... So from your groups personalised webpage, facebook sales integration, flyers, posters and e-flyers we enable you to maximise your promotional efforts (all with your group name & codes on). Each group leader also receives a Sales & Promo pack full of tips and tricks on marketing and social networking.
Unique Online Group Booking System
We offer a super smooth online booking system. Payments are all processed online so you don’t have the hassle of collecting money... It will collect deposit payments from your group, chase people for the remaining payment, issue your itinerary, distribute travel tickets, sort out your passenger lists, rooming allocations and coach lists. We take care of all the administration so you don’t have to.
Group Website / Page
Once your trip is confirmed we create a bespoke website/page for your group, complete with personalized homepage and all the information you and your group will need. From a summary page detailing the dates, price, and what is included in the package to pages featuring information about the destination, accommodation , travel, itineraries and optional extras available. The trip is booked from this page.
Online Access 24/7
Along with the personalised group web page we create a personalised work station and sales and marketing account for you. Group Leaders can access booking figures at anytime of the day.
Personal Service
We are much more than a 9-5 company... Every trip that we take away has a personal Trip Manager who are available at all times for information and advice. Our Trip Manager are also happy for group leaders to have mobile numbers for any issues or questions that arise outside office hours.
Travel Free!
Its pretty simple... For every 15 places you sell, you or your group will receive a Free Place. And... If you prefer, these free places can be converted to cash and paid directly into your account or go to your club, society, sports team or hall etc.
Peace of Mind
Outgoing are ABTA members which means that your money is protected at all times... So need to worry!
Flexible Payment
After an initial deposit those traveling on the trip can log back into their booking at any stage and and make regular payments.
Itineraries, Schedule & Advice
We provide you with a detailed and useful Group Leader Information Pack – it includes absolutely everything that you will ever need including passenger lists, pick up schedules, detailed trip itinerary, rooming allocations, excursions, maps, key numbers etc. So no need to worry about not knowing the answer to any questions – you will be fully prepared for all aspects of your trip!
Communication
We will regularly communicate with you and your group and will send out payment reminders and travel vouchers via email. It also allows the group leader to send out personalised messages to the group as well.
During Your Trip
24/7 Emergency
You are never alone: we provide you with a 24/7 emergency number incase of any unexpected problems along the way. For any minor issues or problems your personal Outgoing Trip Manager will be also be available at all times on their mobile telephone.
Health and Safety
As travel & event professionals, we have a wealth of expertise from a health and safety perspective. We work with a team of qualified Safety Officers, all our events and holidays are risk assessed from start to finish. After Your Trip
Questionnaire / Feedback session
We always want to get better at what we do... For that reason you and everyone who travels has the opportunity to do an online questionaire & feedback session. By filling this out everyone goes into the draw to win a range of weekly prizes! Group Leaders and passengers will also be invited to various focus group sessions that we have throughout the year.
Summer Break 2011 – For Free!
Summer Break in Newquay is the biggest student holiday event in Europe, the end of exams and official start to summer... We offer group leaders the ability to come along for FREE providing a minimum of 50 people come along on the group trip.
Group Referral Program
We are pretty positive that you are going to love working with Outgoing... So if you decide to tell or recommend us to another group then we will pay you another £50 if they take a group away with us in the next 12 months!
