The Plan

    • 1. Afternoon

It is time............. Grab your bags, passport and your pillow, we are heading to Prague. Please be at the meeting points 30 minutes before departure time and make sure you have either a printed copy of your E ticket or it saved onto your phone. Outgoing Top tip - make sure you have plenty of drinks and snack for the journey!!

    • 2. Morning

Being located over in Eastern Europe, Prague takes a little while longer to get to than some of our other popular destinations by coach; all of our drivers though like to look after our guests and will make sure that you stop for an hour in the morning en-route so that you can freshen-up and grab a bite to eat before reaching Prague in the early afternoon.

    • 2. Afternoon

Welcome to Prague - The ancient capital of Bohemia and one of the top 5 most visited cities in Europe. Our Rep team will get you checked into your accommodation asap. Check in starts at 2pm so go and grab some Lunch and then you have the rest of the afternoon to explore this historic city. Outgoing Top Tip: Head to the Old Town in the North East of the City and visit Bakeshop Praha; it's range of sandwiches, muffins, cakes, toasties and pies are a hit with the locals.

    • 2. Evening

Now that you are all checked in, and you have been exploring for a few hours, it is time to grab a bit and get ready for Outgoings Big night out - Outgoing is going Out Out!! Get those glad rags on and meet your Outgoing Reps in the bar for 9 pm to have a few cheeky drinks before heading out on the town! Your Outgoing reps will be taking you to some of the best hot spots for a good night out and a little dance!

    • 3. Morning

Rise and Shine. Get yourself down for breakfast (which is included) and get ready for a day of exploring. There are multiply free walking tours all round Prague - Prague castle - The old town and Jewish quarter - The parks........ the list goes on!! The Outgoing reps will have a list of meeting points and times. If you don't fancy a walking tour why not grab a map from the reps and head off on your own. Outgoing Top Tip: We love the Castle, the views are picture perfect ready for you to strike a pose and upload to Instagram. It is best to head up there early as it can get very very busy.

    • 3. Afternoon

After a few hours of walking why not head to one of the beautiful parks for a picnic lunch. We like to head to the rose gardens of Petrin Hill, the park is the perfect place to relax and as an added bonus the views are pretty spectacular as well.

    • 3. Evening

Tonight is a chance to join forces with your new holiday friends and win the Lost in Prague Scavenger hunt. If you fancy joining the Outgoing reps - make sure you register your team before tonight. Some great prizes to be won!! If that is not your cup of tea, head out to try some of the traditional cuisine at a local eatery. Outgoing Top Tip: Visit U Houdku in Zizkov. They do big portions for small prices, try Ribs and Schnitzel, they don't disappoint. or Try a "traditional Bohemian platter" at restaurant Kolkovna in central Prague, consisting of roast duck, roast pork, beer sausage, smoked meat, red and white cabbage, bread, bacon and potato dumplings.

    • 4. Morning

Head down for breakfast ready for another full day of exploring. The Outgoing reps will be in reception 9am - 11am for any questions or queries. Cycling is another way to see this amazing city. If you haven't bought your ticket already you will get a chance to get one from the reps. Its a great way to see all those hidden gems you nearly missed.

    • 4. Afternoon

If Prague is recognised for one thing; it's the beer. Some of the greatest pilsners, pale ales and Amber ales have all originated in this great city. So it would be wrong for us not to offer a beer and brewery tour! This 2 hour tour visits microbrewerys and traditional Czech pubs and includes free beers on the tour as well as additional samples. If you haven't bought your ticket to this online, ask the Rep and they will be able to arrange it for you.

    • 4. Evening

It is our last evening here is Prague so lets go out with a bang. Tonight is the night we hand over to the party professionals - the Prague Pub Crawl company will be taking a group around the some of the best bars and clubs in town. You will be able to pre book your tickets before the trip or buy a ticket off the Outgoing reps (subject to availability). If you don't fancy heading out again why not go to one of the many pubs that have live music or go and see the city lights one last time.

    • 5. Morning

Its an early start as we need to grab breakfast and get everyone checked out. You won't have to carry your luggage around with your, just make sure you hand your key into the Outgoing reps and we will put your luggage in the store room. This is your last chance to take in your new favourite city, get some lunch and even head to the market for all those presents, snacks and drinks.

Push the boundaries

Wherever you look in Prague you’ll find an architectural wonder. Romanesque chapels and cellars stand gracefully alongside magnificent Gothic cathedrals and Baroque palaces. Art Nouveau buildings and unique Cubist architecture make this a standout city with buildings you won’t find anywhere else in the world. Whether you enjoy rousing classical performances or like to go clubbing ‘til dawn, Prague is ‘the city’ to satisfy musical tastes, as nicely as it does visual tastes. It’s also a great place to enjoy good beer. Prague has hundreds of bars and restaurants catering for all budgets and palates and most are housed in beautifully unique historic buildings. If you’re looking some time away from it all, you won’t be bored for a single second in Prague.

The brick walls that line the Czech Inn, coupled with it's cozy linens, plush pillows and friendly backpacker atmosphere are some of the reasons that awarded it the accolade of being voted one of the Worlds Best Hostels; as well as one of our favourites too!

It features an all-you-can-eat breakfast every day until noon, so you get your well deserved lie in and breakfast! The fact that it's centred slap-bang in the middle of Prague is a bonus.
