You could be called upon to rep anything from city breaks to Europe's capitals, day trips to theme parks, ski and board holidays and high profile events such as Summer Break & Beach Break Live.

Outgoing Reps are responsible for ensuring that the customer has an amazing experience; they are the face of the company and have to maintain the highest customer service levels at all times.

An Outgoing rep is trained how to handle emergency situations and is always on hand to provide essential information and make sure the whole trip runs smoother than Barry White's vocal chords.
