Promoting Your Trip
We want to help you make your trip as successful as possible and we want to help you reach your target number of passengers. We will help in anyway we can to do this and provide promotional support as soon as your trip goes on sale. Our methods of promotional support include;

What We Can Offer Your Group
FREE PLACES for your committee! For all our group trips we offer a free place ratio,
normally this would be a 1:15 ratio, however we are very flexible on this and can
work on a different ratio if preferred (such as 1:10 or 1:20). We are very flexible
with the free places and it is up to you how you allocate them – use them for the
committee, raffle them off, give them away or split them between people. We really
don’t mind.
STRESS FREE DAMAGE DEPOSIT SYSTEM. In all our years of operation we have NEVER asked
for a damage deposit up front. We don’t want to affect anybody’s cash flow and we
do not want to ask for deposits up front when it is unnecessary to do so. Instead
you can either pay on check in or our rep will collect the deposits on the coach
just before you arrive. On departure your deposits are returned (providing everything
is in good working order). You do not have to wait weeks or months for your deposits
to be returned by Outgoing Ski, we prefer all members to receive their deposits before
they depart.
NO ADMIN CHARGES. Outgoing Ski do not charge student groups administration fees if
they need to change their bookings. For example if a customer needs to change a name
or change an option there will be no charge.
A PERSONAL SERVICE is always provided by Outgoing Ski, we are not a 9 -5 company and if
you need to speak to us outside office hours we are always available. We are happy for
group leaders to have personal phone numbers of our key team members and we are contactable
at all times before, during and after your trip for any questions or problems you may have.
Outgoing Ski use executive coaches only for all trips. As standard all coaches are no more
than a few years old and have a toilet, air conditioning, VCRs (many now have DVDs), reclining
seats and sound systems. To make your journey as comfortable as possible we schedule in
regular stops, we also pick up at your university and collect on route to Dover (or Folkestone)
at convenient pick up points. If you have any requests such as stops at Calais we will ensure
that the drivers do this as part of their itinerary.
Use Our Coaches
Our coaches are also available for use throughout your stay, if you would like to arrange a
days skiing or a night out in a neighbouring resort we will happily do this for you at no
additional cost.

Description
JUST WHAT IS A BENGALI?
A canvas bungalow, measuring 16 square metres, fully fitted out and furnished for a maximum of 4 to 5 people. It contains everything necessary for storing provisions and preparing meals. You have the choice of either eating indoors or of setting up a table and chairs in front of the bengali for outdoor dining. The bengali consists in 2 bedrooms with 2/3 beds and lamp, slatted bed bases, blankets and pillows; a kitchenette with refrigerator and 2 gas burners; a dining area with lamp, a table and 4/5 chairs. Showers and lavatories are located in the campground comfort station.
