As the largest student festival organizer, we really know what it takes to throw a party…and with resort relationships strengthened over a decade of looking after groups of all sizes, Outgoing can offer a bespoke après service which is sculpted to your own choices – from bar crawls and meals on the mountain to fancy dress street parties, night riding and hilarious Valley Rally’s …all to an immaculate soundtrack from our stable of world-class DJ’s and live acts… put another way; we guarantee that you’ll remember your time in the snow with us as much for what happens out of your bindings - as in them!

Valley Rally

A student ski institution. Legendary, memorable and soooo very very wrong!!! The Valley Rally is always one of the best days of your tour - and responsible for more mess in the mountains than Hannibal’s elephants!  We have run countless of them over the years (much to the local’s bemusement!) - so be prepared for a lorra lorra laughs, costumed capers, debauchery with food and a whole crazy catalogue of checkpoint challenges as you and your teammates make tracks to notoriety!

Meal on the Mountain

Another undisputed highlight of every group ski holiday:  the ‘Meal on the Mountain’ - it's one the best opportunities to get your whole group together for one HUGE party and a whole lot of ‘Fromage’... These vary from resort to resort as we take over a restaurant on the mountain or in the village for a typically French fondue, with a typically student attitude {food fight and table dance anyone?} Many resorts then allow you to ski or snowboard back down the mountain under holding a torch light - food hasn't been this much fun since that night with the banana and can of whipped cream...

Evening BBQ

Well burger me! They're great fun, easy on the pocket and soo soo tasty! Our outdoor BBQ's offer your group a  cost effective social occasions which are both fun and flexible – sizzle sausages somewhere cool like a board park or top of a toboggan run; or simply around a huge campfire in the forest. We’ve fed up to 400 people at one time (the tongs were huge!) – so the size of your appetite is no problemo!

Bespoke Après Ski

Its always worth asking us what après ski possibilities each resort offers – we make the most of our knowledge and pass it onto you; so if the idea of spa parties,  tubing contests, water polo, skidoo safari’s, snow trekking, ice climbing or paragliding with the current World champion presses your YES!!! Button, get in touch! The only limit is your imagination (and maybe the local bylaws governing public nudity!)

Clubs & Pubs

Outgoing are undisputed student clubbing champions. As festival organisers our venue contacts book is packed with the numbers of every watering hole from A-Z (that’s Alpe D’Huez to Zermatt!). From exclusive host bars to state-of-the-art alpine discothèques and mountain top igloo clubs, we can plug you into the very best PA systems in the snow – and will do our best to secure some fab drinks promotions and student discounts too!

Group Race Day

For some Uni’s racing is a vital element, while for others it is more about having a laugh and getting a better time than your mate ... Whatever your motivations and whatever the standard of piste you require – from fun slalom to FIS approved homologated race piste, Outgoing have experience delivering suitable snow with both safety and speed in mind. It will always be with run professionally with experienced staff (traditionally we do this in conjunction with the resort ski school). We can guarantee free entry for competitors; no charge for race set up and experienced staff to oversee the racing. Cow bells at the ready…Hop! Hop! Hop!

Live Music & Entertainment

Outgoing are responsible for the highest quality musical events anywhere in the mountains ; we are unrivalled big name bookers: Dizee Rascal, Madness, Fatboy Slim, 2Many DJ’s, The Noisettes, Scratch Perverts and Pigeon Detectives are just some of the internationally acclaimed acts who’ve signed up to play in the snow for us. In addition to the cool, we also work with the crazy: Dirty Sanchez, Pat Sharp and the cast of ‘Shipwrecked’.  We care about the soundtrack to your holiday – so if you have any particular faves, you’d like to hear, ask us!

Backcountry Parties

Backcountry parties have long been enjoyed by seasonaires and pro-riders ..Why should they have all the fun? So Outgoing have pioneered unique evenings out of resort, which are often only accessible by torch lit trek or minibus, to traditional mountain huts in areas of outstanding natural beauty – where local customs are followed. These include imbibing mystical schnapps, local yodelers…and taking part in cow milking contest!  The descent is usually on toboggans; an adrenalized climax to what is a very special evening.

Arctic Disco

Imagine dancing around an open fire on a plateau some 5000 feet above sea level, above you a myriad of stars sparkle bright through the alpine night. Golden embers rise and dance high above the surrounding igloo village in which you are enjoying Outgoings ‘Arctic Disco’. A once-in-a-lifetime party in a venue sculpted from snow and ice, which we offer to our groups staying in Austrian party capital, Mayrhofen.At the end of the party, everyone rides Austria’s biggest cable car back down to Earth… Basically this is Out. Of. This. World.
