We have a large team of in house staff with backgrounds that include Event Management, Travel, Logistics, Production, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Branding... Everyone works together to make your trip the smoothest and most unforgettable your group has ever experienced. We also understand that Trip & Event Reps are one of biggest key factors to the success of your holiday. For that reason we invest heavily in training with every rep who woks for Outgoing attending an intensive weekend training course, where every aspect and scenario of your trip is covered.

Given that we use Reps on a weekly basis for weekend breaks, day trips and our events throughout the year – we have an incredible pool of staff to choose from... This allows us to pick only the best people!

We guarantee:

• Good rep ratios 1:48 (or better)
• Head rep / event manager for larger groups
• All reps fully trained on Outgoing procedure & resort knowledge (many reps are Outgoing full time staff)
• There is pre-trip communication and dialogue with committee (many reps will meet the committee first)
• Daily Room rounds and or daily meeting points with the reps
• Ski & Snowboard with the reps daily
• Travel out to the destination with the group on the coach
• Always on hand for events and après
• All reps have 24 hour contact with the Outgoing Head Office
