Vars
The resorts of Vars and Risoul are Outgoing's hidden gems, because they are still relatively unknown there are far less crowds and it's more affordable. Set at 1850m Vars has a good snow record and boasts 300 days of sun per year, so you can top up on your tan whilst on the slopes. With some excellent bars and nightclubs there is some serious Apres Ski sessions to be had too!

Le Gruate (in Hotel Les Escondus)Things are really good here late in the evenings as the hotel guests give way to more gregarious ‘n’ guzzling students amongst us & the live musicians plug in and start to rock out. Le Lem, Le Lynx, and Le Look.Three typically French discos’s which between them will satisfy your groups nocturnal dance floor and late drinking cravings. Le Look is especially good for cheap drinks though the bar staff at the Lynx & Look were judged to better looking by the last group of guys and girls we took to Vars! Close |

Valley RallyThe Valley Rally is no doubt a student ski institution, one of the best days of your tour and one of the funniest days on the slopes for your group. Meal on the MountainOne of the highlights of every group ski holiday, the ‘Meal on the Mountain’ it's one the best opportunities to get your whole group together for one HUGE party and a whole lot of ‘Fromage’... These vary from resort to resort as we take over a restaurant on the mountain or in the village for a typically French fondue, with a typically student attitude – table dance anyone? |

We have contracts with the best ski schools - all instructors are uber friendly, and all speak English. Pre booking lessons is essential as it will offer a big saving on the in resort price. |
Equipment HireOutgoing work with Ski Set, the number 1 independent French and Austrian mountain sport shop. We can therefore offer a wide choice of quality equipment with a large saving on the usual in-resort hire prices. We also benefit from a wide choice of shop locations, enabling us to choose the shop most convenient for your accommodation. |
Winter Sports InsuranceIt is essential that all passengers travelling with Outgoing have appropriate winter insurance cover. Outgoing can provide a great value and comprehensive insurance policy. The policy is underwritten by Accident & General and provides an excellent 24 hour service via Europ Assistance. It's really better to be safe than sorry! |
