Les Deux Alpes is considered one of Europes most snow sure resorts, with a great range of slopes for all levels and the Mont-de-Lans glacier ensuring that you can not just ski in the winter but also the summer too!
Les Deux Alpes is an attractive town with a wide range of facilities and a lively and varied apres ski scene. As the resort also enjoys long hours of sunshine it has a lot going for it. The terrain is extensive and skiers and boarders alike can enjoy the efficient lift system and the sun on the south facing slopes.
The boardpark is one of the best in Europe, there is also a challenging boarder cross and a massive half pipe. Les Deux Alpes also host competitions most weeks throughout the season. Skiers (the stout-hearted ones anway!) will enjoy a mile long coulier to jump into. The more advanced will be glad to hear that Les Deux Aples is now linked with La Grave on the same lift pass, which opens up a huge area of Off Piste skiing. Advanced skiers should also head to the La Fee area for testing black runs.
Overall Les Deux Alpes is a great resort with plenty to do. Beginners will enjoy the gentle runs just above the village whilst others will enjoy the haven of the glacier and the off piste action

Les Deux Alpes is great for beginners, who will appreciate benefit the ski school and not-too-challenging terrain -convenient nursery slopes and lifts in the village centre. Even a nubie may find themselves at the top of the mountain by the end of the week as it ‘s possible to ski down even from the glacier to the resort solely on w-i-d-e, pleasant, blue runs… back of the net! |
IntermediateHalf of the runs (31) at Les Deux Alpes are classed as intermediate. Those looking to test their standard and step up to advanced can be challenged by one of Europe’s most sophisticated snow parks. |
AdvancedAdvanced skiers will enjoy the un-pisted area of La Grave which is now linked onto the Les Deux Alpes lift pass. This area is a Mecca for extreme and off piste skiers with a height of 2150 metres. The snow park will also test those looking to tweak their tricks or rails. |
Freestyle & SnowboardingDeux Alpes is literally a paradise for boarders, offering a boarder cross, Snow Park and half pipe. These are all located close together, meaning you can tackle all of these without travelling around the resort. The variety of kickers and rails available in the park welcomes intermediates to step up, whilst bigger jumps keep advanced boarders on their toes! |

Apres SkiWe understand that a tailored Apres ski program is a fundamental part of your group’s holiday experience and we will work closely with you to build a program that works best for your club. Les Deux Alpes has many different levels, and our selected option, Les Deux Alpes 1800 is the most lively of them all (quelle surprise!). Below are a few of the bars and clubs we work with and some options in regards to entertainment and activities that we can build into your program.

AvalancheThe biggest club in town. Avalanche plays the most up-to-date music. The atmosphere is amazing and will keep you bouncing all the way to 4am! La Grotte du YetiAnything goes... this place is mental. Expect pumping Europop and sweaty walls as the place heats up through the night. Great bar staff and the infamously dangerous 'Yeti Card' will create unforgettable memories. Smithy's TavernA favourite haunt for seasonnaires and English apres hunters, ran primarily by English staff, you won't have to throw out too much Franglais to get that demi-peche. Situated next to Avalanche in the area known as 'the horseshoe' this two-tiered behemoth of an alpine bar knows how to throw a party. The Red FrogAnyone for breakfast? Well there's only one place you should head to in L2A and that's The Red Frog. Specialising in English breakfasts and pints of Guinness (not together... or unless you really want to...) The Red Frog is a relaxed and friendly place to chill out and re-charge. Close |
Bespoke Apres & Events |
DJ'S & BANDSOne of the things that we do really well is throw a party in the mountains (Snowbombing & Winter Break are Outgoing events). Talk to us about what your group is after... as we have the relationships and contacts with many major acts and agencies. So whether it is a live band, DJ or club night your group are after - we have no problem helping to arrange this as either an extra element to your holiday (resort and numbers dependant) or as a promotional night in your city. |
Valley RallyThe Valley Rally is no doubt a student ski institution, one of the best days of your tour and one of the funniest days on the slopes for your group. Outgoing has run countless of them over the years - so be prepared for lots of stupidity, debauchery and a range of ridiculous challenges at the checkpoints all around the mountain! Fancy dress essential... |
Meal on the MountainOne of the highlights of every group ski holiday, the ‘Meal on the Mountain’ it's one the best opportunities to get your whole group together for one HUGE party and a whole lot of ‘Fromage’... These vary from resort to resort as we take over a restaurant on the mountain or in the village for a typically French fondue, with a typically student attitude – table dance anyone? |
Group Race DayFor some universities racing is a very important aspect, while for others it is more about having a laugh... Whatever your motivations Outgoing can organise this for you... It will always be with run professionally with experienced staff (traditionally we do this in conjunction with the resort ski school & Club de Sport).
