Skiiing & Boarding

Les Deux Alpes is made up of two Alps, two alpine pastures put together over 50 years ago to form a ski resort. Comprising of 2 communities, Mont-de-Lans and Venosc. Les Deux Alpes is one of France's oldest and most prestigious ski resorts. With 225kms of piste, a vertical descent of over 2000m and a highest ski able peak of 3568m.

Beginner

Get your goggles; you’ve pulled! Les Deux Alpes is great for beginners, who will appreciate benefit the ski school and not-too-challenging terrain -convenient nursery slopes and lifts in the village centre. Even a nubie may find themselves at the top of the mountain by the end of the week as it ‘s possible to ski down even from the glacier to the resort solely on w-i-d-e, pleasant, blue runs… back of the net!

Intermediate

Half of the runs (31) at Les Deux Alpes are classed as intermediate. Those looking to test their standard and step up to advanced can be challenged by one of Europe’s most sophisticated snow parks.

Advanced

Advanced skiers will enjoy the un-pisted area of La Grave which is now linked onto the Les Deux Alpes lift pass. This area is a Mecca for extreme and off piste skiers with a height of 2150 metres. The snow park will also test those looking to tweak their tricks or rails.

Freestyle & Snowboarding

Deux Alpes is literally a paradise for boarders, offering a boarder cross, Snow Park and half pipe. These are all located close together, meaning you can tackle all of these without travelling around the resort. The variety of kickers and rails available in the park welcomes intermediates to step up, whilst bigger jumps keep advanced boarders on their toes!

Glacier

The Mont-de-Lans glacier is largest ski-able area in all of Europe. The 80 hectares of piste are ideal for both beginners and intermediates, boasting snow in both the summer and winter.

Apres Ski

We understand that a tailored Apres ski program is a fundamental part of your group’s holiday experience and we will work closely with you to build a program that works best for your club. Les Deux Alpes has many different levels, and our selected option, Les Deux Alpes 1800 is the most lively of them all (quelle surprise!). DJ'S & BANDS

One of the things that we do really well is throw a party in the mountains (Snowbombing & Winter Break are Outgoing events). Talk to us about what your group is after... as we have the relationships and contacts with many major acts and agencies. So whether it is a live band, DJ or club night your group are after - we have no problem helping to arrange this as either an extra element to your holiday (resort and numbers dependant) or as a promotional night in your city.

Valley Rally

The Valley Rally is no doubt a student ski institution, one of the best days of your tour and one of the funniest days on the slopes for your group. Outgoing has run countless of them over the years - so be prepared for lots of stupidity, debauchery and a range of ridiculous challenges at the checkpoints all around the mountain! Fancy dress essential...

Meal on the Mountain

One of the highlights of every group ski holiday, the ‘Meal on the Mountain’ it's one the best opportunities to get your whole group together for one HUGE party and a whole lot of ‘Fromage’... These vary from resort to resort as we take over a restaurant on the mountain or in the village for a typically French fondue, with a typically student attitude – table dance anyone?

Group Race Day

For some universities racing is a very important aspect, while for others it is more about having a laugh... Whatever your motivations Outgoing can organise this for you... It will always be with run professionally with experienced staff (traditionally we do this in conjunction with the resort ski school & Club de Sport).

We guarantee:

• No charge for race set up
• Experienced staff to oversee racing (we have staff who have run the BUSC & BARSC championships & are Kings officials)
• Please note – racing is weather permitting and some resorts may charge for piste hire... so please ask if this is available in your chosen resort

Tuition

Our tuition option offers lessons for all standards from the complete beginner to the more advanced. We have contracts with the best ski schools - all instructors are uber friendly, and all speak English. Pre booking lessons is essential as it will offer a big saving on the in resort price.

Equipment Hire

Outgoing work with Ski Set, the number 1 independent French and Austrian mountain sport shop. We can therefore offer a wide choice of quality equipment with a large saving on the usual in-resort hire prices. We also benefit from a wide choice of shop locations, enabling us to choose the shop most convenient for your accommodation.

Winter Sports Insurance

It is essential that all passengers travelling with Outgoing have appropriate winter insurance cover. Outgoing can provide a great value and comprehensive insurance policy. The policy is underwritten by Accident & General and provides an excellent 24 hour service via Europ Assistance. It's really better to be safe than sorry!

Merchandise

Outgoing offer you the chance to buy your club's own merchandise as you book on to your holiday. From Hoodies to T-shirts, look the part and get it all in one go!

Meal Options

Whether you want a bespoke group meal in a local restaurant or daily evening meal option... we can arrange this for you. We will make sure that your entire group eats in one sitting, tailor meals to suit the groups budget and have the option of selling this online at time of booking.

Flights

Flights home are available from most resorts.  Depending on which week you travel, this option may be available to your group.  Travel home in style...
