24/7 Emergency contact point
Outgoing Study Tours provides you with a 24/7 emergency number incase any unexpected problems arise. For any minor issues or problems your personal Outgoing Trip Co-ordinator will be also be available at all times on their mobile telephone.
Insurance
We offer a range of insurance covers to suit all groups, from adventure and extreme sports cover to basic cover for a weekend in Paris. Our insurance cover is strongly recommended but it isn’t compulsory; however if a group chooses not to get cover with us the group leader will have to sign to confirm this.

Outgoing is a member of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) which is dedicated to raising standards of quality, safety, service and financial security. As a result passengers travelling with Outgoing Study Tours are protected financially by our ABTA bond. Our ABTA number is Y1415/L5645.
